By using YTMP4.cloud you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

What the service does

YTMP4.cloud is a tool. You paste a link to a YouTube video, choose a format and quality from the options offered, and the service prepares a file for you to download. We do not host a library of videos, and we do not choose what you convert.

We are an independent website. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

Your responsibility for the content

You decide what to convert, so you are responsible for it. Use the service only for content that you own, that is in the public domain or under a licence that allows it, or that you otherwise have permission or a legal right to save. Copyright law differs from country to country, and what is allowed where you live is your call to check.

You are also responsible for following YouTube's own terms. Converting a video does not give you any rights to it.

What is not allowed

You may not:

  • use the service to infringe someone else's copyright or other rights;
  • send automated, bulk or scripted requests, or scrape the site;
  • try to get around limits, blocks or security measures;
  • interfere with the service or the servers it runs on;
  • resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.

We may block an address or stop a request without notice if we think any of this is happening.

Availability and quality

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change it, limit it or shut it down at any time. The qualities and formats you see depend on the source video and on what the converter can read, so an option that exists for one video may not exist for another. A conversion cannot add detail that was never in the original upload.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is and as available. We give no warranty that it will work for every video, that files will be error free, or that it will suit a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, YTMP4.cloud and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or any claim that arises from what you choose to convert or how you use the file. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on or through the site infringes your copyright, follow the steps on our DMCA page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
